Meet the Team
Every course taught by an active working medic.
We don't hire career educators who learned skincare from a textbook. Every person who teaches at MSTA is working in clinic right now, and that's the reason our graduates get different results.

Kirsty Stevenson
Kirsty started Model Standards Skin Clinic on Rodney Street, Liverpool at 31. After building a reputation for clinical results that other practitioners couldn't replicate, she began teaching, and MSTA was born. She still works in clinic every week. That's deliberate.
"I teach what I actually do, not what I once did."
Over 1,000 graduates trained since 2018.
The teaching team
The educators.
Every MSTA educator is a registered healthcare professional who treats real clients. You learn from people who do this work, not people who once did.

Jemma Hesketh
Lead Clinical Skincare Educator
Registered Nurse (NMC)
A registered nurse with the NMC, Jemma brings nursing-grade clinical standards to every cohort she teaches. Nothing leaves her classroom half-understood.

Keji Sadiku
Clinical Skincare Educator
HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist
Keji is a registered healthcare professional and HCPC-registered biomedical scientist. She teaches the science underneath the skin: what is actually happening at a cellular level, explained so it sticks.
GR
Georgia Rigby RM
Clinical Skincare Educator
Registered Midwife (NMC)
Georgia came to MSTA after a decade in NHS midwifery, trained with us, and now teaches on the educator team. She brings exceptional clinical rigour to everything she delivers.
Operations & student support
The team behind your training.
From your first enquiry to your final assessment, this is the team keeping everything running quietly in the background.

Zoe Goldston
Course Operations Manager
Zoe keeps the academy calendar running to the minute: cohorts, kits, models and training days, all organised before you ever need to ask.

Jen Horseman
Student Success & Community Manager
Jen looks after the student community, making sure every student feels part of MSTA from enrolment day to graduation and beyond.
HG
Hollie Griffiths
Course Operations Manager
An MSTA original. Hollie has been part of the academy since the early days and knows every course, every cohort and every corner of the operation.
EJ
Ellie Jones
IQA & Regulatory Officer
Ellie is our internal quality assurer: the person who makes sure every qualification we deliver meets the standard the awarding bodies demand.

Caitlin Gallagher
Course Operations Manager
Caitlin makes the logistics of your training day invisible. If everything just worked, she is the reason.
CL
Celine Landers
Course Enrolments Advisor
Celine is usually the first voice you hear at MSTA. She handles enquiries and discovery calls, and helps you choose the right pathway before you enrol.
CC
Chantelle Cowlishaw
Student Success Consultant
Chantelle supports students all the way through their course: questions answered, wobbles steadied, progress kept on track.
SB
Sherlyn Banzuela
Accounts & Finance
Sherlyn looks after payments, payment plans and finance options, handled accurately and kindly.
Active Practitioners
Every educator works in clinic. Not historically. Right now.
Small Groups Only
Maximum five students per educator. Real hands-on time, not observation.
