Do I need any qualifications or experience to start?
None at all. Our beginner pathway assumes zero knowledge and starts from first principles. Most of our graduates began with no background in skincare whatsoever.
How long does it take to qualify?
Most beginners complete their VTCT Level 2 and 3 foundation within 4–12 months, depending on the pace that fits around your life. Your route is built bespoke to you on your discovery call.
Is it all in person? I don't live near Liverpool.
No. The pathway is hybrid: you study the theory online from home, then come to our Liverpool academy for hands-on, in-person training blocks. Students travel to us from all over the UK.
What qualification do I end up with?
An Ofqual-regulated VTCT qualification, Levels 2 and 3 as standard with a route all the way to Level 6. It's a real qualification that insurers and employers recognise, not a weekend certificate.
What does it cost, and is finance available?
Because every route is built bespoke to you, the investment depends on the pathway we design together. Flexible payment options are available, and we'll walk you through everything honestly on a free discovery call.
Am I too old to retrain? Or too young to start?
