From the founder
When I was building MSTA, I kept meeting the same person. A qualified therapist. Good at what they did. Charging £60 for a treatment they should have been charging £150 for. Not because they weren’t talented, but because nobody had ever taught them how to position themselves, how to build a business, or how to turn their CPD certificates into something formal enough to open the doors they wanted to open.
Most CPD courses teach you a treatment. They don’t teach you the business. They don’t teach you how to charge what you’re worth. They definitely don’t teach you how to build a brand that attracts the kind of clients who don’t flinch at your prices.
And most formal qualification courses, the ones that do give you Level 4, are built for people new to the industry. They assume you know nothing. Which means if you’ve already been working in skincare for two, three, five years, you’re sitting through modules you mastered years ago.

You need to be already qualified and working in skincare or aesthetics, but we don't require a specific awarding body or level. On your discovery call we'll review where you are and confirm USP is the right next step. If it isn't, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
Ofqual-regulated VTCT iTEC qualifications, from the most credible awarding body in UK aesthetic skincare. Depending on where you're starting from, the pathway spans VTCT Level 2 & 3 through Level 4 and on to Level 5 & 6. Level 6 is the highest formal qualification a skincare professional can hold in the UK.
