The promoter

The prize
One winner receives £1,000, paid by bank transfer, and a £5,000 MSTA training voucher. The voucher is redeemable against MSTA courses and training within 12 months of issue, is not transferable and has no cash alternative. The cash element is paid within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
Who can enter
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who are part of the UK skincare industry: people who work in skincare or aesthetics (employed, self-employed, or as a clinic or salon owner), people currently training towards a recognised skincare or aesthetics qualification, and people who have previously worked in skincare. It is not open to the general public, to employees or directors of the promoter or their immediate families, or to anyone entering on someone else's behalf. The first question of the survey asks you to confirm that you are part of the industry. Answering it untruthfully makes your entry invalid. Before the prize is released, the promoter may ask the winner for reasonable evidence of eligibility, such as a qualification certificate, an insurance document or a link to a professional profile, and may draw a replacement winner if it is not provided within 14 days.
How to enter
Complete the State of the UK Skincare Industry survey and provide an email address at the final question before the closing date. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One survey completion per person, which counts as one entry into the draw. Answer the eligibility question at the start of the survey truthfully. Entrants must be aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom and part of the UK skincare industry as described above.
Bonus entries
You earn 3 additional entries each time another eligible person completes the survey because of you, either through your personal survey link or by naming you at the end of their survey. Bonus entries are capped at 30 per person. Each referred completion is counted once (if you are both linked and named by the same respondent, that counts as one referral). Duplicate, fabricated or self-referred responses will be removed at the promoter's reasonable discretion. Bonus entries increase your chance of winning and have no other value.
Closing date
11:59pm (UK time) on Wednesday 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
The draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date, and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a replacement winner will be drawn on the same basis.
Your answers stay anonymous
Providing an email address is optional and is used only to send you a copy of the report and to administer the prize draw. Email addresses are stored separately from survey responses and are never joined back to them. Survey findings are only ever published in aggregate.
General
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that appear to come from prize-draw or competition listing websites, or from people outside the UK skincare industry, will be removed before the draw. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the draw if required for reasons outside its control. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Typeform. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
