A note from our founder

We’ve trained skincare and aesthetics professionals for years, and along the way we noticed something that bothered us: how well someone could deliver a treatment had surprisingly little to do with how well they were living.

At Model Standards we scaled two separate clinic businesses to well over six figures a year in net profit, and when we boiled down what made that possible, it was never the treatments alone. It was the brand, and the systems that filled the book.

What exactly is MSTA Business School?

A business growth programme built specifically for skincare and aesthetics professionals. It teaches the two skills our most successful students share: building a brand powerful enough to command premium prices, and installing repeatable marketing systems that bring new clients in every month.

Can I go through it at my own pace?

Yes. The programme is structured in six phases designed to be worked through in order, and you move as quickly or as steadily as your life allows. The students who get the most from it commit 30 to 60 minutes a day while it's live in their world.
